III. International Käsespätzleworkshop

On Saturday night we had the traditional Käsespätzleworkshop with lots of friends.
Everyone had to try to make the Spätzle and we even had special prizes for Spätzle in the shape of Africa or Europe. Great fun!
Everyone who joined got a certificat and we handed out nealry 50 of them! The kitchen was busy all night long. Thanks Sabine for the recipe, pitty you couldn't join.
